About Tub Rescue
Tub Rescue is a family business operated by Jesse Chiang and his wife, Marissa Fleming. Formerly known as Canadian Whirlpool Services, CWS opened in 1988, with Jesse joining the team in 2017 as a technician and taking over the daily operations in 2024.
CWS was founded by Greg Fleming, Jesse's father in law (Marissa's Father), and has truly always been a family business. With Greg, and his wife Carol moving towards retirement, Tub Rescue was established to continue providing the same high quality service that has been provided by Canadian Whirlpool Services for over 35 years.

Tub Rescue specializes in repairing surface and structural defects of various brands of bath product manufacturers.
Being based out of Barrie Ontario, we are able to provide repair services to a larger area, including Toronto and surrounding areas usually within 48 hours of your call. If you have any questions about any issues you may be having with your bath tub, we are happy to help!

From late 1981 Greg started working in the process of manufacturing bath tubs, shower bases and whirlpool baths for Acriform Engineering Inc. By August of 1983 Greg had joined Acriform’s Quality Control team creating a better product free of defects before sending it out. After leaving Acriform to start his own business repairing all brands of bath products, Acriform was one of his first customers performing in house repairs and in field service. As more demand came in for repairs, Greg’s wife, Carol, took on the administration and accounting role for CWS. Since then, everyone working with CWS was family and close friends.
Greg and Carol will be providing support as consultants for the Tub Rescue team, while they enjoy their well deserved retirement.

They want to thank all of their customers for their support and loyalty over the last 35 years, many customers being with them for decades. Tub Rescue will continue on this legacy with the same great services that has always been offered.
